Fluence Corporation Limited (ASX: FLC; “Fluence” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has secured a US $3.6 million contract to provide a containerized ultra-pure water treatment and demineralization system for the Saudi Electric Company’s Rabigh Power Plant. The project is the third collaboration over the last year between Fluence and it’s trusted customer and partner, El Sewedy Electric PSP over the last year. Work is expected to commence immediately with system start-up anticipated by May 2025.

Saudi Electric will construct the new combined cycle power plant at Rabigh in the Western Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Phase 1 of the project includes a gas-fired, combined cycle power plant with a total net capacity of 1,200 MW + 15%. Fluence will be providing a water pretreatment and demineralization system, featuring Nirobox™ containerized treatment technology.
